Privacy policy

Killick is a tool for small local service businesses. We collect only what we need to
operate the service:

• Account info you give us (name, email, phone) so you can sign in and so
  your team can reach you.
• Workspace data you create in the app (leads, calls, estimates, invoices,
  messages). We store this on our servers so it's available across your
  devices and to your teammates.
• Billing data through Stripe — we never see your card number; Stripe
  handles that.
• Voice transcripts from Killick's call answering, used only to show you
  what was said and to improve responses for your workspace.
• Device push tokens, used only to send notifications you've opted into.
• Anonymized product analytics (events like "estimate sent") to understand
  how the product is used.

We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers. We disclose
data only to subprocessors needed to run the service (Stripe for payments,
Twilio for SMS, Resend for email, Retell + OpenAI for the voice assistant,
PostHog for analytics, Sentry for crash reports).
