By using Killick you agree to these terms.

• You're responsible for the content you send through Killick (messages,
  estimates, invoices) and for following the laws that apply to your
  business — including consent-to-call/text rules, tax, and licensing.
• Killick is offered as-is. We work hard to keep it running but we don't
  guarantee uninterrupted service.
• You pay the plan price you selected at checkout. Trials convert to paid
  unless you cancel before the trial ends. You can cancel any time from
  Settings → Billing; access continues to the end of the paid period.
• We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate the law.
• If anything in these terms is unenforceable in your jurisdiction, the
  rest still applies.
